Im not that familiar with wiz. editing, But i can do Java, CSS, HTML, GFX, & C++

Unknown. Id rather not try to make a promise i cant keep.

Have you ever been a GM in another server?:
Yes & No, I created a RSPS, And have been "GM" in Conquer Private Servers.

Why do you think you would be a good GM/GFX?:
Because i have worked with GFX and i feel confident in my skill with it.

In what ways could you help the server?:
I can/will be looking for "exploits" in server so it can be patched before normal or other players can take advantage of it.

List the steps of what to do with a hacker:
It depends on the situation, I Would first get proof of them "Hacking" before accusing them of it, Next would be to find out how they are performing there act, (So it can be patched to stop future abusers) Then Give them a warning(suspend account for a #Days). If they continue to abuse, Ban the user from the server after going over the reasons of banning with other staff.

What do you do when 2 players are fighting?:
To be honest, Ill tell/ask them to go go a channel know one is in so they can argue without bothering others. Unless asked for help by staff.

What do you do if a staff member is fighting with a player?:
I will not do anything if im not apart of it unless asked for help by other staff member, I do not plan to butt in on the other staff's business He/She is taking part in. (No Need To Baby Sit). Ill Let them handle the situation according to how they respond to the matter.
